Returning at the end to the self-assessment provides a benchmark of how effectively the participant is applying techniques and skills while highlighting areas of strength and areas for further development.

    Green Key performance specialists are constantly developing new courses to meet the needs and demands of our customers. We are always happy to receive your requests for particular courses. On average we are adding two new courses per month, as well as reviewing existing content to make any necessary updates and improvements.

  • Can I host Green Key courses on my LMS?

    We believe in bringing learning outside of the LMS so it is accessible anywhere, anytime. At the moment we do not integrate with corporate LMS’s but are exploring integrating this feature in the future. Where reporting is needed, learners receive certificates that they can share with their managers on completion of each course. We can also create a specific group for your users on our LMS to gain access, providing you with key information on user activity.

  • How long does a typical course take to work through the content?

    As a guide, each course is between 20-45 minutes long. As every learner is unique, some people will take more and some less time. As you can come back to any lesson within a course at the point where you left off to simply continue, you do not need to complete the course in one sitting.

  • Will I get a certificate when completing the course?

    Yes, as long as you have an active subscription and personal login details, you can re-visit courses as often as you like.

    With subscription membership you have access to all courses at any time during the length of the year's subscription.

  • How do I renew a subscription?

    Simply use the Green Key website and select the subscription you want to renew. On receipt of payment the subscription will automatically be extended.

  • How does AI coaching work?

    A personal chat assistant provides real time coaching support with questions managers can ask their direct reports to help explore the learning
