To confidently use performance management techniques to develop the whole team using the Performance Management Cycle.
To use Performance Improvement Plans to support team members appropriately to manage both under or over performers.
To fairly and successfully manage underperformers through a formal performance management process.
After each eLearning course, there is a 2-hour masterclass to cement learning and provide an opportunity for participants to practice skills to bridge the gap between learning and application of skills in the work role.
Managing Performance is a key skill for any people manager or supervisor, but it’s one that a lot of managers struggle with.
In this module you will learn the key skills of managing performance using a Performance Improvement Plan. We will look at what it is, why it is so valuable, and how we can use it to effectively improve overall performance.
In this course you will learn the key skills of formally managing an employees performance. We will look at when you need to formally manage performance, understanding the reasons for under performance, and the formal process involved.
