After each eLearning course, there is a 2-hour masterclass to cement learning and provide an opportunity for participants to practice skills to bridge the gap between learning and application of skills in the work role.
In this course, you will learn about the importance of setting goals to manage and measure performance in the work environment.
In this session you will learn about the importance of delegating tasks to your subordinates in order to get jobs done, increase productivity and to develop employees.
This course explains how to give constructive negative feedback as well as positive feedback so that it is motivational and encourages a positive change in performance, while also reinforcing correct performance that is achieving effective results.
